- Prenatal Care: Office visits every 4-6 weeks for the first 6 months, every 2 weeks the 7 & 8th months,

Dr. Larrain Hospitals of choice are Florida Hospital Deland and Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center.
Appointments:
The practice accepts new female patients of all ages for care related to the female reproductive system. New Obstetrical patients accepted prior to the 8th month. Please forward any records if transferring from another physician. Please call our office to schedule an appointment.
Cancellations:
Please call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment and 1 week in advance for any surgical appointment cancellations to avoid a possible no-show charge.

Records:
All medical records are the property of the practice however you are allowed to request a copy of your records. There is a fee to cover the coping and mailing costs. This fee must be paid prior to the records being released. HIPAA requires you fill out a medical release form and gives us 30 days to respond. Please allow 3-7 days to process your request. You may find the request form under Patient Forms.
Privacy:
Our office makes every effort to protect your privacy. We offer a confidentiality form for you to list the people (outside the medical community) you authorize us to speak with concerning your care. If no one is listed we will only speak with you concerning your care. The law allows minors seeking gynecology care the same privacy rights and if requested we will only speak to the patient and not the parent.
Prescriptions:
Please be aware it can take 1-3 days to process your prescription requests.
